There are numerous issues with the phone, all of em could be fixed via a proper software update. There are lot of threads here that state the problem with the phone. I’m most concerned with the low call volume on earpiece and speaker. They haven’t done anything about it. Even the customer support is not helpful at all.
Another thing I noticed is that nothing is pushing updates first to the newer model i.e., the 4a series.
I understand that the delay might be to push a proper update solving the problems we’ve been facing, but treat your ‘Flagship’ like an actual Flagship.
