The CMF Watch 3 Pro is easily one of the most refined smartwatches CMF has launched so far. While the overall design language remains familiar with the signature circular dial and minimal Nothing-inspired aesthetics, the experience feels noticeably more polished this time. The new brushed aluminum finish, slimmer inner bezels and larger 1.43-inch AMOLED display give the watch a more premium look on the wrist, especially for users who prefer bigger dial watches
One of the biggest improvements comes in health and fitness tracking. CMF has upgraded to a new four-channel heart rate sensor, and the results are genuinely impressive for this price segment. Heart rate readings, workout tracking and even sleep monitoring are much closer to premium wearables now. The addition of dual-band GPS also improves outdoor activity tracking significantly, making running and walking data far more accurate compared to the previous generation.
Software experience is another strong point of the Watch 3 Pro. The UI remains smooth and responsive without the lag or stutter commonly seen on budget smartwatches. Haptics feel more refined, the Nothing X app now offers more customization options, and features like custom video watch faces, AI running coach and voice transcription add a modern touch to the overall experience. The ChatGPT integration is also surprisingly useful for quick voice queries directly from the watch when paired with compatible Nothing or CMF phones.
Battery life continues to be reliable as well. Even with features like Always-On Display, continuous heart rate tracking and notifications enabled, the watch comfortably lasts around five days in heavy usage, which is still very respectable for a feature-packed smartwatch.
