Gallery error - persistent image, unable to delete it

There is no image , nothing in the files, this just shows up only in the nothing gallery app. I have tried clearing the cache and app data, it still persists.

And unable to access details.

It is seen in the camera album.

Issue Resolved :

I had recently noticed that the camera application kept working in the background.

So I tried clearing the app data of the camera app and ….. surprisingly the issue in the gallery disappeared too.
