The Core Idea: Context is Everything
Here’s the thing — static LED patterns are cool for about 5 minutes. But what if your Glyphs actually responded to your life?
The Automator Engine is the heart of 404+. Think of it as an intelligent layer that watches your phone’s state and smoothly transitions between animations based on what’s happening:
- Shake your phone? → Instant switch between Multiple animations.
- Plug in your charger? → Smooth transition to your “Circle Charge” or “Wattage Stats” animation
- Music starts playing? → Your Glyphs pulse with “Strobe Wave” or “Radar” synced to the beat
- Phone rings? → “Notify Pulse” takes over, then gracefully hands back control when you hang up
- Top of the hour? → Quick “Clock” flash at :29 or :59 so you feel time passing

The Creative Tools: Make It Yours
Canvas Mode
Finger-paint directly on a pixel grid and see it live on your Glyphs. Want a custom startup logo? Your initials? A specific pattern that means something to you? Draw it. Save it. Use it as your default animation.
Text Marquee
Type anything. “GM”. Your handle. An inside joke. Scroll it across your Glyphs at whatever speed feels right. It’s surprisingly satisfying to see your words literally flow across the back of your phone.
