It seems like they decided to provide the screws just around the camera module/bump area this time. If that’s the case, maybe the idea is for users to install custom attachments right there without having to change the entire back cover?
But honestly, a modular design with exposed screws for attachments makes it look way more like a CMF phone than a Nothing phone. Maybe that’s exactly the strategy they’re going for now? Like Nothing stays the clean phone brand (Flagship number series, mid tier a series and budget b series), and CMF transitions into the dedicated accessories brand?
