A simple request: please make the Essential Key remappable.
For users who rely on Essential Space, the dedicated button is useful. But for those of us who don’t use it, the button has no practical purpose.
Allow users to remap the Essential Key to other actions, such as launching an app, toggling the flashlight, opening the camera, activating Do Not Disturb, or any shortcut of their choice. This would make the hardware useful for everyone while preserving the default Essential Space experience for those who want it.
User choice is always better than a fixed function.
