I’ll cover all the crucial topics point by point.
~ what’s in the box ~

~ Design ~

The Design team absolutely nailed the design of the phone. It’s soo PEAK.
The Aluminum body makes the phone much premium and the transparent camera bump works like cheif kiss. The antenna line actually elevates the premiumness of the device.

Not to mention, this is the thinnest phone Nothing ever made till date.
They also did a welcome change like changing the button placement, basically Essential key have been moved to the left side whereas the power button & Volume buttons are on the right side.
~ Display ~

Pic source: Andriod Central
The Phone 4a pro comes with huge 6.83″, 144hz AMOLED display with 1.5k res packing 440 PPI.
Sharpness The display is quite sharp and the content consumption is great with every details as cleas as it should.
Colour Production The colour’s are on the natural side and didn’t have such issue like over contrast or over saturated.
📍TIP: Make sure to change the display colour profile to Standard.
Go to Settings > Display > Colour’s > Standard.
Happy Eye's The phone support higher PWM DIMING i,e 2160 hz, hence it won’t strain your eyes while using your phone at low brightness.
outdoor visibility I didn’t faced any difficulty using the phone outdoor’s as the screen can reach 1600 nits in HBM mode & whopping 5000 nits while consuming HDR videos.
(NOTE: The devices dosen’t support HDR playback on NETFLIX)
~ Build ~
Trust me this is by far the most sturdiest phone I have used.

I dropped it many times without the cover, used it under the rain it’s perfectly fine.
(NOTE: It’s also safe to use a cover for additional protection)
~ Speaker & Haptics ~

The speaker didn’t disappoint me either, it’s loud & I can confidently say you also won’t disappointed while
using it for content consumption.
Speaking of haptics, I can see that Nothing is slowly implementing the haptic feedback in the Nothing Os but still it’s implementation is lacking if compared with the giant competitor’s.
Speaking of the motor it’s tight & accurate, I hope the team expands it’s implementation.
~ Software & Performance ~

Nothing Phone 4a pro runs on Nothing Os 4.1 based on Andriod 16 & it’ll support 3 years major Andriod update & 6 years of security.
As a PRO model 4 years of Andriod update could have been better.
META SERVICES Yes, the Phone comes with pre-installed meta apps like: Facebook. You can uninstall them anytime you want. The Glance feature have been completely removed via OTA update.
GOOD to see that Nothing team are actually listening to their Community đź–¤
Os Experience The phone feels really smooth to operate. I have barely notice any major stutter or lags.
Additionally because of high touch sampling rate the animation feels snappy & elegant.
Animation The animations have improved over the time and it’s quite snappy.
Though it falls behind if compared with other Os like: Origin Os, Oxygen Os etc.

Performance The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 | LPDDR 5X ram type & UFS 3.1 rom type.
The upgraded storage type actually brought noticeable performance boost w.r.t every aspect.
I did played long session of NTE ( Neverness To Everness ) and trust me when I say long session it means constant 4~5 hours and the phone actually performed well.
Now don’t expect top notch performance as it’s not meant for heavy gamer’s.
📍TIP: Turn Off RAM BOOSTER (it comes on by default)
Go to Setting > Special Feature > RAM booster > Off > Restart

Glyph Matrix The phone 4a pro gets the same glyph matrix that we gets on their flagship Phone (3).
But the glyph matrix on phone 4a pro is larger & brighter. The only catch is it’s missing the capacitive toy button & I really Nothing to keep it.
The matrix can display useful info like progress, contact icons that you can set yourself.
It also includes Always On Glyph Tools, such as digital clock, timer, battery indicator making it more practical for everyday use
~ Battery ~
The phone 4a pro packs 5,400 mAh battery and supports 50W wired charging.
Speaking of SoT, with regular use I got somewhere around 6.5 - 7 hours & on heavy gaming it lasted around 4.5 - 5 hours
(NOTE: The Battery SoT differ’s on individual’s usage pattern)
~ That’s it for this Discussion ~
Thank you for staying till the End đź–¤
