As the title says.
In the beginning, everything worked fine. Then suddenly, out of nowhere one day the earbuds started showing audio drops when connected to my phone. For ex, if I’m playing music on Spotify, the audio will cut out, the music on the phone shows that it’s still playing and the buds still connected, then the left earbud picks up sound and then the right one as well, only to cut off a bit later again…
Firmware v. 1.0.1.191, phone is Pixel 7 with Android 14.
I am guessing it might be firmware related because it started out of nowhere… Other earbuds work fine with the phone, and the Buds Pro work fine with a PC. I cannot find any support channel or anything online, and this is really unnerving because the product has become practically unusable for its intended use.
