Hi, My earphone was working perfect, until last week. the earphones fail to connect and refuses to enter pairing mode. I saw multiple discussions online, that other users who believed and supported nothing are facing the same.
When I contacted customer support, they mentioned that nothing ear (1) is discontinued and no longer supported for service. The only option they give is to replace and buy nothing ear (2) for additional money.
Why would a customer (who believed, trusted and supported nothing in their initial days, buying their first product) invest more money to get another product from nothing when they stop service and donot support their old products? The solution provided seemed very irrational to me.
Even if I invest, what is the guarantee that the same will not happen and they will ask to buy nothing ear (3)? I can also see abundant issues with nothing ear (2), in the community.
I also believe the issue is caused due to a software update, as many others have reported facing the same issue. This is a case of brand losing their trust and value. I request the concerned authorities look into this and provide a logical resolution.
I would request nothing take stand and support the community and provide rational solution to their problems; not abandon them or try to cross sell products when a customer needs support.
Did any other member in the community face the problem? please advise.
