Nothing is ready to introduce its next-generation software experience, Nothing OS 5.0, based on Android 17, bringing a fresh and improved experience for Nothing users.
The official unveiling is scheduled for August 25, 2026, at 3:30 PM IST with the tagline “More joy, every day.”
The upcoming update is expected to bring a redesigned visual experience, improved functional widgets, new custom icon packs, smoother animations, enhanced privacy features, and deeper AI integration.
Nothing has always focused on creating a unique and minimal software experience, and OS 5.0 could take that vision even further.
The biggest question now is: Which Nothing and CMF devices will receive the update first?
