Zac šø I honestly donāt understand whatās going on with Nothing. There hasnāt been a single point where Iāve felt completely satisfied with the product as I expected to be, especially after choosing the Phone (3).
The main reason I got into Nothing in the first place was because of Nothing OS, its overall integration, and the ecosystem of apps theyāre building. But unfortunately, Iāve never received access to the Essential App Builder, and I still havenāt received the Nothing OS 5 update either.
Initially, I got an error saying something like āJoin failed.ā Now Iām facing another error and still canāt get the update, even though Iāve already registered through the Beta Hub.
I genuinely donāt understand whatās going wrong. On top of that, the customer support experience has been extremely frustrating and not very helpful.
