For some reason wireless and reverse wireless charging on my nothing phone 1 has stopped working. I just wanted to know if it’s an software issue ??? And did u guys got complain from other people as well ??? Or something is particularly wrong with my unit..

And what the solution to this and by the way i got this this phone in october 2023 only. Help please 🤕

When did to you start to experience this? Have you recently installed a new firmware version?

I am having these issues from mid january. My device is on latest update 2.5.2

Same here. My dads phone 1 wireless charging and battery share both do not work. Is there a fix for it?

Facing the same issue here, just about 5-6 months after my purchase. It used to work perfectly, but out of the blue stopped charging.

Have tried pretty much any and every remedy methods possible apart from opening up the phone. But to no avail.

Just got my charging coil replaced and now it’s working perfectly fine. Btw my phone was under warranty so it was free, so I will suggest take your phone to service centre(nothing exclusive ones if possible).

Thanks! Problem is, I can’t send my phone in for a week, so I missed the warranty window. Partner service centres require that much time, apparently. My nearest exclusive service centre is in a different city lol, so I plan to get it fixed the next time I’m there.
