Carl is an excellent choice and well-done for volunteering. However, last time right after the appointment of the AI lead Sélim, maybe last April, Carl did an impromptu AMA (where I asked about compensation and the selection of employees between taking RSUs versus cash) and the servers were VERY overloaded. Thus, hopefully, this could be planned better, if Carl does another AMA.

I’d vote for Rob Godwin if he’s still with the UKCo? I’d like to know what he’s been up to now that’s he transitioned away from the Community Lead to Content Creator. Personal challenges and development and those types of things.

Another would be Raymond Zhu, who was the Nothing Phone (3) Product Manager. (Damn, checked LinkedIn and he’s with Relay now). I believe the he stated on a video that 250k NP3 units had to be sold to break even and I was hoping he could discuss that, but possibly not if he’s with Relay now.

Anyways, it will be enjoyable if the server is better than the last time with Carl 😃

The more I read this thread, the more I like the global flux of NOTHING. So why not a panel with people from each region?

I’d love to see what’s going on with the US (they’re in Best Buy? And that shop still exists, it was on its last legs when I left in 2006 … I bought an HDcam there in 2002 or so) and around the south Asian markets?

I’d love an AMA with Carl or someone from the ID team. Two things I care about most as a user: design and performance. On design — Nothing has one of the most recognizable identities out there, so how do you protect that as the product line grows? And on performance — how does the team balance the transparent/Glyph aesthetic with keeping the phone fast and smooth over years of updates? Would love to hear the thinking behind both.
