Password forgot

I just bought my nothing phone and I forgot my login password I kept a pin but it is not asking for one can you please help me find a solution

I guess the only solution is to reset the phone via recovery.

But I can’t understand how in the world it is possible to forgot a password that you just set up !

By password, do you mean it’s requiring your google account password?

If you forgot that and your phone is registered with your account there’s no way to get it back.

However if it’s only your pin you forgot you can always reset your phone by holding down the power and volume up, waiting for it to shut down and vibrate, then releasing the power button, but keeping the volume up until you see the “no command” screen. Then pressing volume up and power again for 5 seconds and selecting the “reset phone” option.

lexlexus in his case no because he can’t access to settings… that’s why via recovery is the only option I guess

You’ll need to factory reset it, which will erase your data. Be sure you remember your Google account login since you might need it after the reset to bypass security measures.
