I used my nothing discount code to order the 2a today - I ordered it to be collected from the store in Soho. And about 25 minutes later I get an email saying the order has been cancelled upon my request. But I did not request to cancel the order.
So I order one again, but now my voucher does not work because it says I have already used it. So I had to pay full price for this order. And it got cancelled too! This time the email said it was cancelled “due to unforeseen circumstances”. What does that mean? Why are my orders getting cancelled?
Now I make a third order, and it hasn’t been cancelled so far. I email support explaining the situation and telling them that my voucher doesn’t work anymore because they cancelled my order - but the email representative completely dismissed me claiming that I cancelled the order. But I never cancelled the order(s), they got cancelled by nothing. What do I do?
