Eclips (4b) and (4a) are not flagships though, they even share the exact same silicon (with different clocks so “new name”) with the (3a)/(3a) Pro series.

grepGander I meant that Phone 3 and 4a Pro. Nothing already positions officially 4a Pro as a flagship. According to tech writers 4b is already a kind of Cmf phone.

They do? 🤨 I’m not being sarcastic here, I just never saw that mentioned anywhere by Nothing or by any decent reviewer (and the phone is always in the conversation about best mid rangers, it’s not even better than the (3), so I’m curious).

Anyway, the point (not mine, I just added to the previous comment) is that the (4a) (non Pro) and the (4b) both have those features, while the (3a) doesn’t. Do I personally care about those features? Absolutely not. Do I still find it lame that they’re locked to specific models with the same silicon because “older models” (again, with quite literally the same silicon) can’t support them? Of course I do, it’s a bs excuse and Apple-like behaviour.
