I think solved that problem i had, i found that a function called “ Magnification” that when you triple tap the screen, it zoom in and inlarge the screen so you can see anything inlarged, like puting a magnifying glass, i disabled that fitures, and then the scrolling back to work fine, smooth and responsive :-)
