Buying Nothing Phone 2a in India: Global Version & Specs?

I am going to buy nothing phone 2a in India and I have some questions.

Will the global version of the Nothing Phone 2a be available for purchase in India?
1.1 If so, If I needed to reset my phone in a foreign country, would it require an Indian SIM?
Nothing Phone 2a have LPDDR4x Type memory in both 8GB and 12 GB variants?
UFS 2.2 in both 128/256GB?

JS770077 No, the global version won’t be available in India although once activated, an Indian unit may be used worldwide (until the next reset, then you will need to activate with an Indian SIM on an Indian network again)

Daniel Therefore it could be risky for Indians who travel abroad frequently/have to go on a long assignment abroad.

In case circumstances arise wherein you HAVE to do a factory reset while abroad, you’ll be left with non functional phone.

Bad that Nothing hasn’t changed this policy.

Other makes have no such issue.

I think they can address this issue in the future and as long we don’t reset our phones, I think it will be fine and they also have support, which can help with this issue.
