Hey everyone!

Got the newly launched Phone (2a)? We’d love to see the world through your lens 👀

Post your favourite pictures here – whether it’s a snapshot of your morning coffee or a sunset view, we’re excited to see what you’ve captured with Phone (2a).

Looking forward to seeing your photos! 📸

I’ll start with my current favorite snap, taken from the top of the Burj Khalifa, level 154 – and there’s still quite a bit to go!

These are the first photos I have ever captured with 2a this afternoon, indoors, with low light.

All photos were taken using the auto-default mode.

Photos have enough details, the ISO is a little bit high but there is not much noise. Most of them are a little bit saturated but not too much. One of them (Crash Bandicoot on the table) does not have the perfect white balance.

Overall they look quite good but it is too early to judge

OK, so it’s not letting me post pictures directly so link to some night shots!

    Nothing Phone 2a Night Shots

All shots except number 3 were taken with Night Mode. Photo 4 was lit by a Olight torch. I am actually really impressed with the camera!

Spring is here and that is a great chance for a few more good shots with Nothing Phone 2a 🙂

I have noticed that focus is not always great when the phone is too close to a subject. I think that the main camera should pick a wider focus area when the subject is too close. It might be that I don’t know how to handle effectively the camera lens yet. I will try more and come back on this

In the last days, I tested more scenarios under different lighting conditions. The device is updated to the latest 2.5.4 software version. All the pictures listed below are captured using the main camera lens.

Bokeh and the level of detail on that one is good

A slight issue with the focus here, good picture in general

This is one of my favourites, great focus and details

    Another one with great details

In the following one, the saturation is too much

I would personally prefer that one captured by a different phone

I like this one against the sunlight

Another one with satisfying colours and details

This is an extremely low-light one. Details and white balance look good to me, the glare is too much though

Spring pics appear a bit saturated but overall very good!
