Guess I am the first Korean to write on this board.. Special thanks to the Nothing Team for launching your product in my country. It has been decades since I saw interesting tech products here in S.Korea. Most of the brands except for Samsung and Apple have left the market, and I was purely excited for Nothing to hit our market.
Yes, we can import different phones off the internet, but most of them suffer from Carrier related bugs and instabillities. As Nothing officially launched (probably tweaked OS for Korean carrier support) product here in Korea, we can use VoLTE, 5G without a problem.
I have switched from Galaxy Z Fold 5 to Phone 2a this time, as I was getting tired of phones that everyone already uses. I had been using Phone 2a for 6 hrs, and I am loving it alredy. Display quality is excellent, Nothing OS includes everything I need (no duplicate apps + bloatware) while keeping it simple and fast, perfect battery life, unique design, and so on.
My only concern is that limited 2a launch (100 devices) in Korea didn’t go well, as I have witnessed black version not going out of stock. I seriously hope Nothing doesn’t see this as a sign to withdraw Korean market. Once the product goes viral for it’s perfect quality and cheap price, Korean market will be a great opportunity for Nothing.
I am loving the brand so much that if there’s any job offerings in Korea or anywhere else, I wouldn’t hesitate to submit my resume XD
