Super excited to see what gets created from these four stages!

really excited to participate.
thinking how small adjustments to translucent section texture and color could enhance the current design. it’s exciting to design something that fits the nothing brand while creating a distinct device.
i’ll have to rewatch some of the YouTube videos to see how a community led design might be in conversation with the original inspiration from the industrial design team.
this is literally one of the most epic things i’ve seen for a while
sean (1) Why a compact phone? For me, the major three reasons pleading for compact flagship phones:
1) accessibility in one-handed use,
2) form, size & weight fit my suits reasonably,
3) I have an extensively productive life which allows me to prioritize personal productivity over wasting my time on socials persistently (which is notoriously fostered by large screens).
I really have and good idea, and I can’t wait to see it implemented perfectly
I wish I was into Designing and Creativity

Hi, I am Harshil from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. I am 16 years old and I have a concept smartphone idea where we ditch the selfie camera and use the rear camera instead for selfies, video calls, et cetera. I would like to discuss my idea with Carl if possible. Video-conferencing or meeting in-person (Bengaluru) to discuss would work. I would like to help Nothing execute my idea as I don’t have the funds, resources and contacts to myself start a smartphone company. I hope we can discuss and see if it works out. Waiting for your reply.
Warm regards,
Harshil Solanki
Natalie really nice i so excited to be a part of Team Nothing waiting for it
MarutiJhawar What do you mean? It’s all about optimization… The current battery and efficiency champion is still the Zenfone 10 even at 5.9in. Heating is easy to solve so long as there’s great software optimization (which Nothing can easily do) and all the hardware is in proper contact with a metallic inner frame. Besides, heating is an issue for 1/100 people, mostly those who do non-phone stuff on their phones…
Also, another interesting fact that I just read is that the Samsung S23 outsold S23+ by 2 to 1 worldwide showing there is a huge untapped market for smaller phones, especially for a smaller flagship which doesn’t exist other than the Pixel A series, and the Zenfone series.
Natalie very nice move, all the best to all the participants…
Can 16 y/o participate I am not very good at a lot, but design and Art, I do better than many double my age. Its a great chance for me to make use of my artistic skills.
peterrafael okay hear me out a nothing phone with the screen size of the iphone 13 mini would be amazing
question: what type of software should we use??
JatinPanchal18 wanna collab?
@changename Does the Stage 1 Hardware design have any defined specifications to use or else is it up to us to make a complete new design with new looks. @Co-Creation
