To those who are facing the problem of call drops. Plz go to settings, network and internet, SIMs, Mobile data-on, Roaming-off, Preferred network type-4g, Smart 5g-off, in calling– 5g calling-off, Operator video calling-off, in nework– Automatically select nework-on. Then switch off and start. Then see the result.

I just had a 40 mins call, Nothing happened 🙂 All nice and clear, no drops ever, except when my provider has problems. This phone is rock solid.

Hi all. Same issue here: call drops randomly - sometimes doesn’t, sometimes every 4mn or more :-///

Country France, Operator Bouygues Telecom. What I did:
- tried all the settings changes
- tested the SIM card on another phone
- replaced the SIM card
- eventually got my NP2a replaced with a brand new one…
… still the same issue. (only thing I couldn’t do is test the phone on another provider)

Now escalated both on the provider’s and Nothing’s support svcs.
