Spike I think using of the volume buttons should be reduced by adding the volume UI in Noti bar or adding a new side bar .

As in my experience in 2A , the buttons are already loose.

    NOTHING please can you give me the option to choose the icon color in your monochrome theme?
    In dark mode I want my icon color to be white, and in light mode, the icon should be dark in color.

    Would like to have a quick setting to turn on glyph light. I know you can hold the torch one, but you canā€™t hold it if itā€™s a widget. Just adding another quick setting would be good.

    If nothing can add ā€œAODā€ On/Off toggle to quick setting panel in Phone 1, it will more convenient rather going into settings then lock screen and then turn on or off AOD

    Hi,I would like to suggest you to add a feature in the OS so that we can uninstall any app from the home screen only ,rather going to the app drawer and then uninstalling it ,because it actually becomes frustrating sometimes.Thanks

      VaibhavTaneja You can already do this (with the Nothing launcher, and IIRC some other launchers as well) for non-system apps, press and hold the app icon and drag to the top of the screen and you should get two options, ā€œRemoveā€ and ā€œUninstallā€. Drop the app icon over your preferred choice.

        Currently in nothing phone 2 there isnā€™t an option to choose a seperate folder for adding photos into photo widget collection. We have to choose photos from camera photos. It would be great if an option to choose custom folder is allowed so that we could place all fun photos into a folder and select the same for photos widget.

        They need to upgrade a software where you could change ur music using the volume buttons & screen finger gestures. That be awesome!!

        Give some updates on Customization and Animations

        In lockscreen Date and time, change wallpaper from lockscreen itself, weather, fingerprint animations, face lock animation and others like other OS.

        Also in home screen add colours to icons their are not only white, black and red color many other colors are also there.

        Its my opinion get some inspiration from other OS and give update as soon as possible or in Android 15.

        Hi all, this is a feature request. And I have high hopes from your guys at nothing to finally deliver it.

        Currently, we can only set light/dark mode automatically based on time of the day.

        Thatā€™s mostly useless.

        I donā€™t want light/dark based on the time. I want light/dark based on light around me.
        I donā€™t care what time it is. I care how much light is in my environment, and if I need light mode to be able to read the screen.

        My carā€™s infotainment has it, and it is perfect. Fantastic.

        EXAMPLE SCENARIO-
        Suppose I set a schedule for light mode from 8am to 6pm. And dark mode from 6pm to 8am.
        - What if it is 10am, but Iā€™m indoors? I have to stare at the searing light, and have to switch theme to dark.
        - What if it is is 10pm, but Iā€™m in a brightly lit area? I canā€™t read anything and have to switch theme to light.

        Please find a solution for this problem.
        A ā€œauto themeā€ toggle in the settings would be perfect.

        All I can think of is using the ambient light sensor to set the theme, similar to how the phone uses it to set brightness. But you know best.
