GyperPupok If you really want to delete an app, the path should be inconvenient. In your case, there may be accidental unwanted deletions.

Currently, I have noticed that hidden apps on your phones can be accessed without requiring a password or any form of authentication. This could potentially compromise user privacy and security, especially if the device falls into the wrong hands.

    To enhance user security, I recommend introducing a feature that mandates authentication (such as a password, PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition) to access hidden apps. This addition would align with industry standards and meet the expectations of privacy-conscious users.

    I believe implementing this feature would significantly improve the overall user experience and security of your devices.

    • Spike A new member to the nothing family here I love the phone but could help but notice the lack of the ability to have multiple apps in floating window the floating window is limited to only one app this is something I find to be detrimental for my use case atleast iam used to having calculator YouTube and a pdf or a game YouTube and something else together on a single screen it would really help if you guys brought it in the next update

        NIHAL_PM hey mate, one of the best ways to submit feedback on your Nothing/CMF Phone is via settings > system > feedback and this is exactly where Iā€™d send this - Nothing might consider it in future updates.

          This was a feature from Android a few versions ago, but Iā€™d truly love to see it implemented in Nothing OS. Just let us hide the status bar entirely as to prevent burn-in on that particular area, since itā€™s the one area of the screen that almost never changes through regular use.

          You can actually do this. Install System UI tuner by Bryan C from the play store using that you can turn off almost everything

            sreedev96msd Okay, I didnā€™t know about that and it seems like a neat workaround, Iā€™m most definitely keeping it. But I still would like to see it implemented into Nothing OS itself as an option if we so desire to use it.

              Needed features and fixes in upcoming updates possibly

              1. The wifi toggle responds very slow, which must be optimised
              2. The brightness slider is 2 swipes for access which can made to access via single swipe
              3. Easy navigation in recents tab needed , itā€™s very hectic to scroll though every app to access needed apps. Also clear recents button needed at bottom.
              4. Require ā€˜pass code to shutdownā€™ feature as it ensures safety of device after theft and easy locating the device
              5. Need nothing related apps like music, calendar, reminder, dialer etc.

              All the above listed points are demands from various nothing users šŸ’Æ. Hope nothing listens to our feedback and makes it better for delightful user experience.

              Spike I was just thinking about the glyph interface right and I was thinking yk when you put your nothing ears on your phone to share the battery Im thinking we use that glyph timer to show how much battery there is on that device

                Please can we get more normal ring tones and alarm tones?

                The basic and possible boring old phone RS etc. I would even like one of the alarm sounds as a ring signal but that canā€™t be done.

                I donā€™t want to go back to the days where I have to upload a mp3 sound to change these.

                I may have missed the pack to download or something that is already available so please enlighten me.
