make more applications examples: calculator, messages, call, contact, music (listen to music with the wires of our phone like the application “nix”), internet browser,setting to leave less space for the Google interface

user experience:

allow the user to export their own icon to avoid having apps without the nothing theme

And i make an consept art fore the app ico

Coming from a samsung and using an iPhone on the side, the audio output from the phone 2a on apple music lacks so far behind both the phones because simply no Dolby certifications are given to the phone (even DolbyVision). For a young age brand, the consumers spend (like me) spend an ample time on music apps and I certainly use applemusic over spotify just because of the Dolby Atmos feature on phones.

Hope someone in the HQs sees this message and does something about it asap.

I would like to suggest that the developers add the following changes to the next Nothing OS updates:

  1. The ability to move multiple application shortcuts at once (this is already available almost everywhere and the lack of this feature in Nothing OS is disappointing) (screenshot 1 as an example)

  1. Fix screenshot scrolling, as it stopped working properly in Nothing OS 3.0 (screenshot 2 as an example)

  1. Add ‘Flip to Glyph’ to the quick settings widgets on the lock screen, the ability to enable this feature directly from the lock screen is sometimes very useful.

  2. Also fix Nothing’s device usage widget (screen on time), it doesn’t match Android’s Digital Wellbeing widget and battery usage report.

  3. Give the ability to customize widgets for AOD separately, I use quick settings widgets for the lock screen, but in Always on Display mode I would prefer to display only the time, date and battery charge, displaying settings widgets is pointless and wastes battery.

Can the nothing phone 1 and other phones get the double tap on the back gesture for various functions like screen lock, flashlight etc.?

yes. this is really useful feature. double tap, triple tap. I have given the feedback for same 6 times in whole year. hopefully we get it soon in some feature update. the issue is that, it will keep on running in background which will impact battery I guess. so not sure. but I’d love to have it. you can also do same with tasker or macro droid.

Please add some privacy features like

First is recent app blured preview because when switching apps my recent apps visible clearly

And

Second is add s hide space access lock because anyone can access my hide application without my permission

Third is

Privacy lock because my lockscreen lock and my app lock is same anyone can access my locked app because he knows my scree lock please add these features asap

    Brother because i faced this issue sometimes i have to give my phone to someone like my family members my friends any one and then they open my hide locks my whatsapp my insta because they Know my lockscreen password then know how to open hide space

    1. Why doesn’t nothing quick settings panel has a single colour pattern (either red or white) when turned the settings are turned on? It looks really odd to have both the colours.
    2. The Wi-Fi quick setting button works slow in both the lock screen and quick setting panel.
    3. The focus mode toggle and the mode itself don’t work properly.
    4. Battery backup has become poor.

    Nothing Team, Kindly fix all these issues.

    1. It will be unique to have nothing emote which look make nothing more standard
    2. Select or copy text from image not like image cut out a option to copy a text from image will make OS great
    3. Please add circle to search for CMF as u have promised it will get updates as Nothing 2
    4. Please add transparency in control centre, app library, everywhere it will look great
    5. Make battery indicator in pill shape horizontal
    6. Please add nothing dot font which makes phone much more more better.

    I know Nothing takes a lot if notes from the customers so here is my list of much needed improvements to Nothing OS.

    1) lockscreen: allow us to put any widget on the lockscreen as the expanded widget area is a great productivity idea and thise who will use it will definitely like to keep their todo app widget up there.

    2) the Homescreens: allow us to make new homescreens left and right. As of now we can just place new ones on the right side. Every other launcher has the ability. Imagine the main homescreen and to the left one page and to the right another. Productivity would increase to next level.

    3) ringtones: allow us to use 2 ringtones for 2 sim cards.

    4)Widgets: Now that we have that “community widgets” we expect some cool widgets like a mini todi widget with checkboxes, a calendar widget with the month view swipeable to events and tasks, weather widget in a 1×2 (pill shape), a simple toss/rock paper scissors widget,

    5) Stack widget feature

    6) more than one app on the pop up minimise feature. Why just one app? Duhh

    7) App labels intact within folders

    8) Folders in App drawer rather than just the AI one.

    9) Make all and everything of the same font. It just feels weird to see different fonts here and there.

    10) Recents app screen: it can be made more productive by just allowing us to to select copy and paste from there (I guess pixels have such a feature) it feels very empty and featureless

    11) Also allow us to Pin apps in the Ram from the recents screen quite productive

    I know the list is long and they are a new company nd they need time and all but I still feel these are some basic ones which would just improve productivity and none of this would affect the brand image.

    The nothing aesthetic is really beautiful and looks “not cartoonish” so it just needs some more productivity tools.

    So yes..thats my take.
