Here are some changes I 鈥榙 love to see:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A nothing OS designed keyboard.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Overall, more consistency with the nothing design. For example, doted font inside the weather app and widgets.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The ability to turn the icon background colour into true black and not just dark grey (dark grey makes my OLED display sad)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The ability to change the rectangular music player on the lock screen to a square music player (like the nothing music player widget)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Doted icons for app groups are amazing. We need more of them or the ability to draw our own.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The ability to apply doted nothing icons on single apps instead of just app groups.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The ability to see the charging progression with your glyphs.
