On iOS you get the music wallpaper lock screen if you are playing music and have switched your phone off. A feature like that would be nice, with a more nothing aesthetic to it to make it better

Hey nothing, as a proud owner of nothing phone 2, I want you to add some software features on next major updates-

Slidebar for easier access
Live wallpapers, custom also
Don’t leave this doted UI
Option for changing home screen widgets to transparent or translucent type of other than only being opaque, and also apps drawer
Nothing’s own gallery app & file manager application
And I can’t see how many devices are connected to my hotspot please add this thing also
And glyph progress feature has a lot of potential please Collab with other apps like blink it, zepto & rapido

I hope sir you will add as many as possible in next update mentioned above.

Let me be polite and say that widgets needs a lot of work.

The time widget needs more customazation options for example the option to display day, number of day and month.

I cannot find the settings to make limited device to connect my hotspot. I had to change my password whenever I want a specific device to connect my hotspot.

If anybody knows how to enable this features then please share me.

I totally forgot about the feature where you can adjust the sound for each app. For example, if you are listening to music while playing a game, you might want to hear the music quieter. So, you can lower the volume of the music app, etc

Spike have the possibility of trimming videos within the gallery, no extra apps, just trimming on the go

Hey Nothing community,

I’m disappointed to find that the Nothing Phone 2 lacks a crucial feature that’s become standard in many smartphones these days: background noise reduction during calls.

This feature is essential for clear conversations, especially in noisy environments. It’s surprising to see this omission, given that even budget phones from other brands offer this functionality.

I’m hoping Nothing can address this issue through a software update soon. It would significantly enhance the overall call quality experience for users.

Has anyone else noticed this missing feature?

Currently it’s not possible on the OS to do so. You will need to wait for further updates to add this option from what I can see in settings.

There is no toggle option/button to change network if we use two sim cards. Each time we are in situation to get into setting and change.

No auto answer option available in nothing phone 2 while connecting to blutooth device live headphones.

It’s basic future but not available, please add it in coming update
