After the nothing os 2.6 the camera gets more over saturated and photos doesn’t have much clarity and while recording at 4k 30fps the video getting lags and phone started to heat highly

Please improve camera processing for nothing phone 2a

In cases when light is behind the subject camera processing makes image very bad like the edge of subject becomes blurry w/o portrait mode

Please please improve and optimise camera app and make it consistent

I dont want to switch on other phone dont let me do it or the reason is only camera

The Camera Optimization isn’t good, whenever I used take a photo or potrait the images are more soft and not quite good and the details aren’t clear and also it’s lagging when I open camera application and so many frame drops while using camera.

I’m so much disappointed in the camera department.

Please give better optimization in the next update.

I decided to take the camera out for a spin this evening. While the pictures and cells are not that bad (not that I am saying they don’t require any further improvement) the camera app and its experience with self is very frustrating. The camera cabs lagging and freezing between shots And since it comes with Google photos so post photo editing is also a nightmare. This is coming from user of an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I realise both these phones are on extreme ends of the spectrum but I am really routing for nothing to ensure they have the best overall package available.

Update - got it fixed, took the service centre and they replaced the camera module. Now phone is working great.

I record myself doing yoga using the rear camera in video mode. What I’ve noticed is when I am positioned direct in front of the camera (6ft-8ft distance) it drastically drops in exposure and you can see the video and subject appear darker. When I’m slightly at a tangent the exposure is much better. It’s a bit annoying tbh.

Does anyone else here have a problem with a pink spot in rear cameras? When i try to photo something black, especially black clothes, they become dark pink instead of black, especially if there is artificial light source environment.

Please please improve work on post processing

It is making pictures look very bad

The thing i capture becomes totally different after post processing

Camera performs well but the post processing do stupid changes that i even dont want

Skintone is a big victim of this post processing it totally change the skin tone

And please do work on portrait and night mode

These both also need improvements and results sometimes are totally nightmare

I am afraid of comparing my phones camera with my friends just because of post processing even though me and the camera both have very good potentials

Nothing Phone 2a Plus has 4K video recording on the front camera, but the more expensive Nothing Phone 2 does not. Did they forget about Phone 2 users?🤷
