While setting up the phone android/google prompts you to move all your data , apps and settings etc
You can do this using two options
- Using charging cable, connect your old phone and new phone.
- Using bluetooth
You may choose the all data even files/folders or only app data etc
Pretty decent experience of moving data from new to old one
