Notification problem in vibrate mode

Hi everyone,

I’ve had my Nothing Phone 2 for a week now and I’m really enjoying it. But… I have an annoying problem with notifications in vibrate mode. Sometimes my Nothing Phone will vibrate, sometimes not. Everything that needs to be enabled is enabled, I have the latest OS version, I have rebooted my phone and double-checked every category of settings. But when I receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp message, I don’t always get a proper vibrating notification, which is a shame. I missed a lot of messages because the phone immediately showed the tiny icon on the AOD, but there was no vibration/proper notification.

It would be really cool to fix this major problem as it makes the vibrate mode useless.

you might should contact the nothing team directly via Settings, select System, and then choose Feedback.

This is the best way to ensure that your comments and observations are directly relayed to the appropriate teams.

Kastello Thanks, I did that and I’ve done everything they advised, but unfortunately the problem hasn’t been solved.
