hey every one!

i eagerly wanted to participate in this competition. in fact i had started sketching next Nothing phones even before this competition was announced! and when i saw the YT video I was like.. WAIT WHAT?!

butā€¦ i missed the deadline for some very not interesting reasons. itā€™s almost a long story. let me just say it was ready for 16th and it could be an entry.

I found this community today and it really warmed my heart cuz it made me think at least members and @Rob āš”ļø will see it. i started to finish the presentation today. now iā€™m uploading my work although it feels like the worst time, but i think itā€™s better than after choosing the winner, or never so it wonā€™t get digital nor physical dust. and i can fall sleep better at nights.

    Rob āš”ļø now that voting is closed I just wanted to say good luck to everyone that entered! I put an entry in myself and as an aspiring product designer I loved taking part in this competition, šŸ˜ I learned alot about how to effectively use design grids to create a good weighted design.

      mei owie, Iā€™m sorry you missed the deadline. I really like the idea behind your design! Using smoke as the pattern guideline is really cool! You should take part in the competitions that will happen now and make sure to submit before deadline lol

          CocoLoco thanks for your kind words, attention and reading my story. I remember your design by your avatar and it was aesthetically pleasing!

          And sure i will take part in next stages, though this stage was my ultimate fav according to my interests and background.

              I didnā€™t make it to the first stage, but I still want to show my design to the community, I wonder how you like it

                _T5_cx51zr6bIz - I really like it! If I was designing a version for myself (and didnā€™t mind it being similar to the regular black version) I would go dark with a peacock featherā€™s iridescent green/blue shimmer.

                        Huhh lol Iā€™ve been checking every 10 minutes patiently. Iā€™m hoping theyā€™re announced today

                            CocoLoco doesnā€™t matter if it even takes a week, they couldā€™ve announced a manageable date and work accordingly!

                                  I think it may take time, like a day or two maybe because there are 446 submission I believe, so their internal jury will have to check the design and might they will have to study cost which will be involved in releasing this product, basically a feasibility study. Anyways, Iā€™m also really excited to know the results, best of luck everyone

                                      sean (1) Thank you! Iā€™m glad that someone appreciated my work, in this design I focused on the exotic species of snake, the rainbow python. I want to make an advertising campaign based on this type of snake. Itā€™s a pity that I couldnā€™t take part in the first part, but I will participate in the wallpaper competition and I have a lot of interesting ideas!

                                          _T5_cx51zr6bIz - make sure you partake! Donā€™t feel obliged to consider it, but for a snake-theme wallpaper, might an arrangement of Nothing Dots in assorted, ā€˜reflectiveā€™ colours look similar to snake skin?
