I bought my Nothing Ear 1 in July, 2021 in the cost of Rs. 4500 which is a big deal for a middle class boy. In my first Nothing Ear 1 experience, there was a problem of gestures at the time of beginning. So that I visited the Nothing Service Center and they replaced me with a new Ear 1 as my warranty. But there was a same problem in the new Ear 1 and the problem is still continued. Even I have mailed to the feedback@nothing.tech. But I cannot find any solution even my case isn’t properly charging, there is also seen different charges in my both earbuds though I haven’t used for 2 or 3 days. And the another major problem is when my iPhone is ringing or ring back, I cannot enter the Nothing X app or connect it.
I have been facing my Nothing Ear 1 problems for 3 years. I kindly request to the Nothing Team to make the electronic gadget properly as they could provide us a good service because there are many middle class families in India, they are like to buy these products and also the amount is big deal for them.
