I am facing an issue where after updating. Over-Night battery drian time is around 36%.

I mean at 11pm my phone’s battery was 36% and next morning at 6:30 am. My phone was dead.

    Rajdeep13 Try charging the phone over night to allow the background optimisations that needs to be done after each new update to take place. Leaving the phone, idle without using it, on the charger after it is fully charged to 100% for an extra 2 - 3 hours will ensure those optimisations will be done and can help with battery drain.

        Firmware (bot) no update for Phone 2 ?? why the premium phone gets the update last? isnt it suppoise to be in the otherway.

          The bugs were really fixed but rhe 4.a update is causing a little warming and there’s definitely a drop in the battery life of the phone now, is there a fix?

            I wanted to make this post to share my experience with the Phone 2a since the latest update.

            Better:

            • Overall performance and smoothness has been improved. When I first got the device it was super laggy and stuttery. It could still use a little more refinement but overall a much better experience.
            • Camera app seems to open a little faster now.
            • Battery life has been great, I’m ending my day with about 50% and around 5 hours SOT all while on cellular here in the US.
            • Charging seems faster to me because I think the phone was having compatibility issues with my charger which looks to have been fixed in the update.

            Could use improvement:

            • The phone still stutters and lags from time to time so a little more optimization could probably fix this.
            • Portrait mode in the camera falls behind when it comes to edge detection. It really struggles when trying to figure out what to blur out and what not to.
            • Photo processing speed is on the slower side
            • Fingerprint reader is also a little hit or miss at times

            Overall I am loving this phone, especially for the price point. I have confidence this phone is only going to get better with more updates and can’t wait to see the Nothing team continue to improve this device!

            • low charging+ idle battery drain issue(nothing must resolve this issue as soon as possible)

            NP2a ’s Camera: - like others, Processor, Ram, Display all are happy bcoz they are getting praises.

            Nothing phone 2a:- it not like that. You have capabilities but they dnt know how to fix you.

            Nothing phone 2a : you are ryt camera but what to do it isn’t in my hand to improve your capabilities. I wish others won’t perform well against you so that you will not be blamed

            There are still problems with charging the phone. I have the original Nothing 45 Charger with the original Nothing cable. But the phone charges with a maximum of 15 watts, after I plugged the cable into the phone again it is a maximum of 32 watts. No matter which charger or cable, I have never reached 45 watts
