Any news on the shares purchased in 2022?

Hello everyone, it’s been almost 2 years since I invested with many other people in Nothing.

I obviously believe in this company, and I already own 3 products. But it’s been nearly 2 years since we’ve had any news about this investment. I know that these are long-term investments, but we haven’t had any updates on the valuation of the shares, for example.

Are we going to get any further information, and how soon?

The only public information I have found is https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/12984564 and it seems that the statement of accounts is over a year late. Is this normal?

You invested in Wagmi LTD registered in Cayman Islands, so the companies house information is of little use.

As a result of their domicile they are not obliged to publish their accounts etc and can do so whenever it suits them.

There have been multiple requests from shareholders for revenue numbers, valuation/ share price of the last round etc, but the company has chosen not to disclose those.

So we just gotta live with it until they IPO 😀 or maybe do another crowdfund.
