Will color to Glyphs be a good addition?

It could add to the functionality, in ways like using different hues for different notifications/priorities.

Maintaining the simplistic aesthetic, however, would also be a challenge. Those who prefer white could choose so in the settings, possibly.

What do you think?

I´m exactly with you on that. Being able to make the glyphs shine in different colours, possibly also individually, provides new possibilities. As a friend of simplicity, I think that the NOTHING phones are quite playful (colorful, flashing glyphs) yet. Hence I’m not convinced that more complexity would be beneficial to the user experience.

What I actually want is the glyph to synch with the music and the visualisation to play accordingly.

Ajushp_snath I assume you have done this:

Open the contacts app on your phone and save the exact contact name as “Abra” (Phone 1) or “Alakazam.” (Phone 2)
Then go to Settings > Glyph Interface > Ringtones.
Tap on ‘Add a contact’ and set a ringtone for Abra/Alakazam contact.
Then make sure to save it with any ringtone for Abra/Alakazam contact.
Go back to Glyph Interface settings, you will see the Music Visualisation option.
Now simply tap on the toggle to use it.

ghumnewala yes. But they won’t help with conveying more info, since we’ll be stuck with 1 color, similar to what we have now.

RGB colours will be good if added. But it kind of reduces the uniqueness of nothing phones
