SrsThewrongguy Battery life for the time being is fine, but ideal drain is a bit more. But i have to keep it on 60 hz for better battery life or to high refresh rate, on Adaptive i don’t know but battery isn’t that great on Adaptive refresh rate.I get 6-7 hrs of SOT with medium usage mostly on Wifi and 1- 2 hrs of gaming. Are you too facing this issue? , And does your phone get warm while charging?.
Anonymous I just browsed social media for half an hour and didn’t play games, but the temperature was very high. I reported it to Nothing and it didn’t care at all. I have been hoping that this bug can be fixed in the next update, but Nothing was very arrogant and never responded.

I started a discussion yesterday about this and mentioned everything but they merged it with another discussion where no one is active , If people get into this discussion it would he helpful to know how many people are facing the same issue and if anyone knows what’s causing it.

I’ve been using phone 2 since past 8 months i dont see any hotness in phone.
TejasMaisuriya i too didn’t felt it before but after January it’s heating. I use a Samsung 25w pd charger .
Yes my nothing 2 also heating and while playing bgmi frame dropping,not like that flagship I very disappointed carl and not expected this

I don’t want 45 w fast charging as it will heat the phone up more ( mostly) so i bought the samsung one ,but i don’t think it’s the issue with the adaptor
My phone heats up too..but only when I play BGMI(PUBG) even at lower graphic settings and point to note is that I am at an environment where the temperature is always 30+ degree C. Gaming is not that good … and these heating issue started 2-3 weeks ago…
That’s not good ,They should optimise the phone well, Does it overheat or just get’s warm?
Anonymous My phone doesn’t get hot when charging, but it gets very hot when I use it. It gets very hot when I’m not playing games. This is not normal. They should release new versions in time to solve these problems. It’s a pity that Nothing ignores us at all. Because we have lost our value

Anonymous I use vivo’s 45W charger. It doesn’t get hot when charging, but it does when using it.
Anonymous yeah it heats a lot. Also in normal uses it is heating too much. I bought mine around 25days ago and it is disappointing to see it heating and camera is not good. I think all youtubers are getting paid by nothing for making those comparison videoes. Phone performance is good but heating affect hands as I use phone without cover
