S.Biswas I completely agree with what you said above. But what I think that the users are demanding is at least some news even if there is a delay in the update. This could’ve calmed the situation as there would’ve been some assurance from the company’s side.

Everything is a question of perspective. If customers who own the current flagship mock that a mid-range phone receives more actively updates, I can absolutely understand that. Of course, this does not justify the loud “ I want to be heard” again and again in the forum.
Unfortunately, I read a lot of trouble / disgruntlement from customers in the forum about the updates but no sincere, mitigating or at least helpful admission from NOTHING. So the anger appears at least to be… homemade.
Well i think you are intelligent enough, who can ignore the the mistake between 10 or 12 month.
Developers or a software team always focus on their new and their weak products first. because that generates the most sales which help them to Survive in to the market.
and because of the old phone is already much more stable they have delayed 1-2 month.

S.Biswas We know that research and development takes time. Simply put, this update took the longest time but did not bring any features. This is what people are dissatisfied with. The Nothing team did not even respond to people’s needs at all. Not only did there not be new features, but there were also old problems that were not fixed. This was an update made entirely due to pressure, and it was an update without sincerity. Nothing did not publish this on Twitter. An update, and it’s an unseemly update. That’s what makes people angry.

I think the feature will be released in the next update. They need little more time.
and the phone 2a is on 2.5.4.a software doesn’t makes it superior. It has the same nothing issues with camera and performance.
So my request to people is to not think on the numbers (like 2.4.5.a vs 2.5.3) ever device is facing the same issue.
Example: They need time to get a real change on the camera algorithm for all of the devices.

If they can release 3 update within some days in a new launch phone they can surely update their 8 montu phone also, it’s just that they have to focus on 2a as it’s making social media about buggy phone and that’s okay
Company is new so they have limited resources so they can’t focus on 2 and 2a update at the same time..
But they have to atleast give us (phone 2 users) info that update is coming soon just 1 line answer
Since 9 days there’s not a single reply from support when i asked them neither in community.
And our posts are merged in order to give community a good look that’s not fair.

I am absolutely agree with you they should have inform us with some response about what they are working on.
I just let people know that if we push too much this brand will become another brand who just push an update because they have to do, without any feature or improvements.
