This shot really resonates with “color and absence of color” as the vibrant vase reflects a beautiful light pattern in monochrome.

I enhanced the black point on it to show some absence of colour. One colour green makes for quite a striking image, especially with the water droplets on it. Maybe not quite to brief but let me know what you all think!

In the daily ebb and flow of life within my office building, a window near the stairs had always caught my eye. One particular evening, something extraordinary unfolded. The window, adorned with a blue tint, was casting a serene, sapphire light into the building. Intrigued by this captivating sight, I decided to photograph the scene. The space, under the spell of this tranquil blue light, seemed to morph into a gateway to an unknown world, stirring a sense of wonder and contemplation.

Honestly I just saw this thread/contest, went to the window and took a picture. I really really like this phone 😃

I still remember this day when the sky was looking so beautiful and I was in a resort type farm house, I wasn’t able to stop myself from taking this picture and thus I captured this white 🤍+ blue 💙 sky with sandy landscape.

And the white clouds represents my nothing phone (2) in infinite blue sky which is smartphone industry and in this heavenly land of earth.

Thank you everyone for your photos and your stories from this month! Loved seeing everyone’s takes on the theme, ‘Colour & Absence of Colour,’ and getting some insights into why you snapped your photo.

Some of you went full black and white, whilst some of you used lighting to our advantage to highlight the colours in a dark space. 💡
