Meaning that if some other user knows a solution to a problem, they can help with that, but nobody from Nothing’s developers will read about it here. You can only reach them with your issues through the feedback section in the phone with your issues.
As @Stringfellow_hawke already said, and as you’ve said multiple times in your thread title and content, this is a community forum and is for the Nothing community to discuss topics they care about, not the place to be reporting feedback to the Nothing team.
You can report feedback in Settings > System > Feedback or if you have any issues, contact support directly.

Exactly. You gave the cause for the felt lack of response yourself. Putting problems multiple in a community forum instead of filing them properly, as @Stringfellow_hawke and @adbo have already explained.
On the other hand I understand this notion to an extent. Some hot topics were left to themselves by nothing. I think that a reaction from @changename can be more useful on several occasions than simply leaving people standing there. But I have also seen reactions from mods who at least refer to the support. t
Additionally, some users here sound entitled and rude. Instead of digging around and doing some basic research they blindly post whatever is on their mind and demand immediate actions. For example, when updates were announced for 2a, there were random comments demanding updates for NP2. In another case, people look at some other phone launch and demand those features on their Nothing phones. What even?!

This. I’ve been a very active member on OnePlus’ forum for 5 years. Everyone said “I’ll buy a Nothing phone for the OS, which is what OxygenOS used to be before they merged with OPPO’s ColorOS”. I buy a a (2a) for the OS, join here as a member and what do I see… People demanding features that new OnePlus devices on that same ColorOS they hate version have…

On point. Bluntly posting takes the upper hand much. The structure of the forum encourages this though.
The forum is here to help each other out, not to make post to complain. Of course nobody will answer a post that just complain about something.
And most of time, volonteers like me or mod will tell you to make your feedback under settings > systems > feedbacks.
This forum is here to answer question and solve small bugs that can be solved or known by the community
