Hello everyone,
I need some help, I ordered phone 2a, in the website it was in stock and everything went well, since the payment and everything except when it came to shipping. Days have passed and no tracking number, no info, … nothing. I tried the support contact on nothing page but the only new information was that they were having a high volume of orders and the product was out of stock… something not displayed on the website.
I also payed for fast shipping but yeah at this time it isn’t worth it… Since then I got no new information, I was excited but now im just frustrated. I saw many people online with same issues on different time periods, about different items, so its not new, nothing® should be prepared for this.
Could someone help? What can I do more? What is happening on nothing®?
