Ear (2) - Sound with ANC off

Hey everyone, I bought a pair of Ear 2 last week and I am experiencing troubles with the sound.
When I am in ANC Mode it sounds best when i switch to »high«. The lower i put it, the flatter the sound becomes. But when I turn it off the sound is completely flat - like on a 5$ Headphones.

Do I miss some settings or is this a known issue?
(Firmeware is up to date.)

Also, putting the word »issue« in the title of the post was edited out by an employee/moderator.

HenningRamke we edit posts here to make them more relevant for all. The intent is to have the title with minimum words while maintaining the essence. Shorter title allows easy browsing while scrolling through the post. If you think adding the word “issue” will get to early response and get it solved, be my guest and do rename your post.

For any issue with the device, I suggest you to contact company support and visit service center.
