krudzinski10 I just got my new phone 2 and I’m trying to switch it on. After pressing power button Nothing logo appears and then it’s stuck in loading screen (for hours already). Is it a know issue? Is it supposed to take this long? Do i need to return it?
Louis ☕️ krudzinski10 Have you left it charging for a bit then tried turning it on, in case that there was no battery? Best option is to reach out to support.
krudzinski10 Support asked if I spilled any liquid on it or if the button is not working… so no help there Great experience for someone who decided to trust and switch to new brand 🤣
