We need a ear(lite)

Ear and ear(a) were announced today ,which are in the 11999 and 7999 INR price range respectively,which is…not a huge price for premium earbuds ,but ,from what I can observe among my peers and friends is that the price range of 1999-3599 has one of the biggest market for earbuds ,for those who don’t really want super premium audio quality,they just want a working pair of earbuds with a good battery life and decent audio ,

The market is currently flooded with crap quality,plasticy material earbuds ,which are mass produced in some chinese workshop ,and honestly, we’re fed up of wasting money on those things ,

That’s why I think Nothing should enter this market also ,(not with CMF) with a good looking ,good battery life and decent audio quality pair

Why not with CMF? The whole reason for the existence of CMF by Nothing is to have Nothing design language and engineering behind a more budget friendly line of devices

I get your point, but the whole idea does not sound reasonable. As adbo and Jean wrote, CMF is the entry into the Nothing sphere.

Regarding some of your points, most companies mass-produce in China and countries with even lower labour costs. Nothing offers (and aims for) competitive stuff with a lot of capabilities comparably inexpensive.

At the end, things that have / add value, cost money. That has always been the case and will continue to be the case in the future.

Ash If you want to buy Nothing’s earbuds at a low budget, I think you can choose ear stick. Its price is already much cheaper than when it was first launched.

adbo yea,I get that ,but a lot of people prefer nothing’s design approach more than CMF’s ,maybe it’s unachievable i don’t really know about that but a transparent earbud being affordable will be pretty sweet

The whole idea of CMF is to offer more affordable products to access the Nothing ecosystem. If Nothing launches products at prices similar to CMF, it would be redundant.
