before update 2.5.5 np2 shows 5g signal but after update its shows only 4g and sometimes 4g+

Bought Phone 2 on launch in Dubai and using it trouble-free. Now shifted to India and got a Jio sim. With Jio sim Nothing 2 is failing to meet the 5G compatibility test. Why is it so? Changing countries the Phone is down graded!?

Any work around available?
