When I watch Instagram videos (the problem may be present with other applications but I haven’t noticed it), the screen goes to sleep automatically after a minute.
Only if I set the screen timeout in the Android settings to more than a minute does the screen stay on after a minute, but the weird thing is that if I set my put on standby for 15 or 30 seconds, the display still cuts off at one minute under Instagram…
The even weirder thing is that I have another S10e which doesn’t have this problem: watching videos on Instagram (via the same app on both phones) forces the screen to stay on.
I know I can put it on more extended screen stand-by time and/or enable the stay-on option if I’m watching but I’d like to avoid it if possible.
