Unbalanced noise cancellation

Hello, I hope everyone is well

Lately it has happened to me that when I’m watching a movie on the phone, I put the headphones on noise cancellation and I feel that the right side passes through more noise than the left, as if the cancellation on the right side was not working correctly.

I have the latest version of software on my ear 2, has anyone else had this situation?

EAC_10 What was the environment you were in ? If it’s really loud outside, it can happen that there is more noise coming to the right or left and thus creating a difference between left and right ANC.

EAC_10 Turn off In-ear detection and problem solved. It works for me. Btw, does anyone have problem with Ear (2) battery. Mine only lasts for about 1 hour and 45 minutes, which is very very bad

EAC_10 if you are facing these problems then clean the mics which are on the ear 2

it helps the sensor to get the best noise cancellation

i have tried this myself and it has solved the problem

The environment I am in is in my room, motorcycles passing by outside the house, you can hear a lot of noise in the right hearing aid and almost nothing in the left one.

I’ve also had that issue but with other earphones (OnePlus Buds Pro 2). I noticed that these types of features can be affected by things like a bad fit of the tips in the ear, or even possible dirt on the earphone microphones.

Try testing other ear tips, and clean the earphones, especially the areas where the microphones are.

EAC_10 yes, I have those earphones and something similar happened to me with them. I thought the internal microphones were damaged or something similar due to the ANC and transparency malfunction.

There is no difference in the noise cancelling modes(high low mid) i had made a compalaint against this issuse but they had made a new replacement but now too there is a same issuse

They told it must be a bug so pls give proper update to rectify that

What is the problem.is there update issuse.this will be rectify in the next update

Anc is very poor compared to ear 1
