Just happened to me - put into the basket charger and two pieces of screen protector for NP2. After clicking on the button “checkout” it showed me offer for way cheaper cable 180cm and hard case, both for less than 1€. After adding both things to the basket for sweet price it suddenly showed in the basket full price. Of course it’s really tempting and wanted to buy those extra things for great price. So contacted support how to resolve the problem. Shockingly instead of solving the problem they kept the same questions for two hours straight and were trying to get rid of me. Blamed me, the phone, asked for clearing cache and history, etc. Long story short, no result, no apology, no small discount or gift for loosing my two hours of life.
Please, do you have the same experience with such a terrible support from this company? I’m happy with NP2, but this made me really bitter after all.
