After struggling with this issue, I did some troubleshooting, and realised the big is actually in the location access. Try this:
- Keep the location on your phone off.
- Open the syska app, and login with your credentials.
- When it asks for location permission, go to settings and enable location for syska app, but DO NOT ENABLE THE PRECISE LOCATION OPTION. OR IF IT IS ENABLED, DISABLE IT.
Now check the app again and proceed normally. I’ve tested this twice with 2 different devices and it worked for me.
