I HAVE BEEN AN EAR 1 AND 2 USER, AND BOTH THE PRODUCTS HAVE HAD ADHESIVE. ISSUES WHICH EVEN COMPANY RECOGNISES
MY EAR 1 had the same problem, for which the service team said it couldn’t be repaired, so I had to upgrade, for which I paid, and got EAR 2. Fast forward to a year and a half of use, and guess what? EAR 2 has the same adhesive issue, and now the service center, from the technical team command, suggested no repair or service will be provided or upgrade, and I, as the user, have to just throw the product away. and get a new one.
So my question here is, is the 10k product good for 1 year or use only? and later buy a new one.
I don’t know about others, but 10k is a lot of money for me to invest in a product that lasts 1 year, and then later the company says to buy a new one…disappointed for sure, or for the company a user like me is not valued….
For information, I have 3 phones, 3 in my house, for which I am concerned with their future service…
such issues remove the trust we have in the new company and make us stick more to the old company…
always was a thrilled user……till date dont know about future
