2.5.5 ota installation problem.

I was on 2.5.3 and my phone was fully charged not rooted or modified and I still get installation issues. So far I even factory reset my phone and still getting the same installation problem. I dread every time there’s a new update because of this reoccurring problem. I’ve never experienced this on any other cell phone I’ve owned in the past why does this keep happening to me?

I contacted support and they told me I have to send my gd phone in to get flashed. Total BS and lack of accountability on nothing to put out a phone that can’t even get updates. This phone was a bad decision. So what are you supposed to do whenever your factory reset phone can’t even get the ota updates?
